Return and Buy Back Policy

Thank you for considering earthly jewels for your diamond purchase. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality lab-grown diamonds and exceptional service. As lab-grown diamonds are a unique and specialized product, Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Buy Back / Return the Product:
  1. Receive 100% of the metal weight value based on the current market rate.
  2. Get 80% of the diamond value at the prevailing market price.
  3. Any discounts applied during the original purchase will be subtracted from the exchange amount.
  4. Max return value of the product is capped at INR 3 Lacs
  5. The return of the certificate is mandatory. Failure to return the certificate will result in a deduction from the final amount equivalent to the cost of certification.
  6. Making charges, Shipping charges, and taxes will be deducted from the offered exchange value.
  7. Earthly Jewels reserves the right to refuse jewelry exhibiting any third-party alterations, rendering all product warranties null and void.
  8. Earthly Jewels reserves the right to adjust the product valuation based on the quality inspection.
  9. IMPORTANT : Buy back is NOT eligible for any "loose diamond" that you buy from us. 
Buyback and Exchange on customized Jewellery :
  1. Due to the bespoke nature of customized jewelry, crafted specifically to your unique preferences, Earthly Jewels reserves the right of final decision regarding buyback or exchange requests
Exchange or Upgrade Anytime :
  1. Get credit based on the Prevailing price: 100% for metal and 80% for diamonds, excluding making charges and taxes. (Max value INR 3 Lacs)
  2. If the item is damaged, or missing stones or certificates, a proportional amount will be deducted from the exchange value.
  3. Making charges and taxes will be deducted from the offered exchange value.
Order Cancellation :
  1. Any order cancellation within 48 hours of order placement is eligible for full refund after deduction of payment processing fees (if any).
  2. Orders canceled after 48 hours and before shipment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the making charges and payment processing fees.
  3. Orders once shipped can NOT be cancelled. 
Procedure for Buyback/Return/Exchange :
  1.  Initiate the Process: Contact Earthly Jewels at [email protected]
    with your order ID and purchase documents (Photo of a bill received with the Jewellery).
  2. Response Time:Expect a reply within 24-48 business hours, detailing your eligibility and the estimated current market value of your item.
  3. Approval and Pickup.Once approved, a pickup will be arranged from your location. Include all items and the original diamond certificate.
  4. Quality Assessment: After receiving the item, a thorough quality check will be conducted. The final value will be determined based on this assessment, considering any defects or missing items.
  5. Funds Transfer : Approved funds will be processed into your bank account within 7 business days.

    Please be advised that Earthly Jewels reserves the final decision regarding this process, considering both the quality inspection results and the prevailing market value of the product.
